Arizona’s senior U.S. Senator, John McCain, has failed the State of Arizona and the United States in his support of unConstitutional legislation that he has voted for, supported, introduced, or sponsored, for instance:
NDAA- National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which allows for the indefinite detention of U.S. Citizens without trial
The taxpayer funded bailout of the banks known as TARP
The Law of the Sea Treaty(LOST), which would submit the United States to outside authority, in mining, oil, environmental and jobs issues.
The McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform Act -found unConstitutional by the Supreme Court, leading to a decision to allow unlimited spending on campaigns.
This is only a tiny sample of the legislative buffoonery exhibited by Senator McCain in his over thirty years of Congressional activity in the House and the Senate. And it doesn’t even begin to cover his many incendiary statements and embarrassing behavior such as singing, “Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb bomb Iran” on the floor of the United States Senate.
For these reasons and many more, the time has long passed to exercise the State of Arizona’s election recall law and send Senator McCain packing. Join us in this effort, regardless of any party affiliation, or lack of affiliation. McCain is a great disgrace to a great State, working against those in the Republican Party, against the ideals of many Democrats, and attacking the Constitutional rights of us all, whether or not you are a party member, non affiliated, or have never even voted.
He no longer represents our State. It is quite simply, time for him to go.

An online petition means absolutely nothing. No one who matters is going to read it and no one who matters is going to care. That’s just the truth. To recall an official in Arizona you need to form a committee and file with the state of Arizona. It’s going to take over 430,000 signatures in less than 120 days.
I have had this site up for months and months. Nobody cares. Republicans elected this guy and Republicans protect this guy. With a chance for a re-do, Republicans did the same thing again with Jeff Flake. Now we’ve got them both doing all the things I told people they would do and NOW somebody wants to do something? Neither Deakin nor Van got one lick of support from the GOP members in this state. They fell all over themselves putting these people in office. Your bed is made, Republicans, now you can lie in it.

If thats the way you feel than take down the damn web-site, thousands of people want this guy & Flake Recalled, I posted THIS site all over Facebook and other web-sits because I THOUGHT YOU were serious about this, since I signed up it looks like hundreds of others have also, your finally getting a response and your quitting?
